How to sign up for the club price
Where to find a discount option
The club price gives a 30% discount on a doctor's consultation.
To get a discount, you need to:
- Pay online for 50% of the club consultation price.
- Get a special discount option — it will appear in the app.
- Show the option at the clinic and pay the remaining 50% on the day of the visit.
Important! The amount paid online will not be refunded if you decide not to go to the clinic. It is on this condition that the clinic gives a discount, according to the rules of the clubProDoctorov.
For the first time, you get access to the club for free. It activates when you pay the club price.
The free period is valid for 6 months. You do not link your card details, so there will be no charges — access is not automatically extended.
Repeated access to the Club costs 99 rubles for 6 months. It is activated with a new entry at the club price.
You do not need to pay for access separately. The amount will be included in the receipt when paying the club price.
How to sign up for the club price 
The Club price is available for those doctors and clinics who have joined the ClubProDoctorov. In the card of such a doctor, the club price is selected by default.
- Select the desired date and time of the appointment, as with a regular appointment at the clinic.
If you have multiple profiles in your medical account, check if you are making an appointment with the right patient. In case of an error, you will not be able to refund the 50% payment.
If you have changed your mind about making an appointment at the club price, move the slider in the section «Клубная цена»to the inactive position.
2. Tap «Записаться и оплатить»at the bottom of the screen.
Important! The club price is valid only for a doctor's consultation. Sometimes the doctor provides additional services at the reception: injection, biopsy, etc. These services are paid separately.
You will have 20 minutes to pay for the entry at the club price. If you do not have time to pay the non-refundable amount, the club price will not work, and the registration will be canceled. Then you'll have to sign up again.
3. Specify the email address to which you will receive the option and the payment receipt.
You can use the email address listed in the medical record by checking the appropriate box.
4. Click «Получить опцион и чек»and proceed to card payment.
If you closed the payment screen ahead of time, you can return to the payment stage via the record card. You can access it from the main screen in the block«Ближайшие записи».
Important! If you started paying for admission at the club price on ProDoctorov, and accidentally exited the payment screen, you will not be able to continue paying in the Medtochka app. The payment must be completed on the websiteProDoctorov.
Important! To transfer a club record, contact the clinic directly. You can't do this through a medical device.
Where to find a discount option
The payment option will appear in the record card. You can access it from the main screen in the block«Ближайшие записи».
Click on the option to show it at the clinic.
The option will also be sent to the email address specified at the time of payment.
You can save the option to your smartphone or take a screenshot. Then you can show it at the clinic without an internet connection.
