If more than 15 minutes have passed since the start of the consultation, you can complete it and refund the money.
To get a refund, contact the clinic from which the doctor was supposed to conduct an online consultation.
When the clinic issues a refund, the bank will refund the full cost to you within 3 days after the consultation is completed.
You can request a refund within 30 days from the date of the consultation.
