The recording of an online consultation begins automatically after the doctor and the patient connect to it. You cannot stop or cancel it manually. If one of the participants disconnects, the video recording will pause and start again after returning to the online consultation.

Important! The video of the online consultation cannot be viewed in the Medflex personal account, it can only be downloaded.
The files from the video are deleted on the 31st day, after they are deleted they cannot be downloaded or restored.
Important! Videos of online consultations contain confidential information, so only those employees whose job responsibilities include viewing this information should have access to them.
