In the Medtochka app, you can see all the reviews you have left for a doctor or clinic. Reviews can have 4 different statuses.
Checking the review 
The review is being reviewed by the moderatorsProDoctorov. Based on the results of the review, the review will either be published or returned to you for revision.
Refine the review
After checking, the moderators revealed that additional information was needed or edits needed to be made to the review.
In order for the review to be published, attach supporting documents or make edits.
Published
The review was successfully verified by moderators and was published on the websiteProDoctorov.
After the publication, you can add a review. Read more in the Add Review article.
Confirmation is required
Appears in a published review if the doctor or clinic does not agree with it and has requested additional verification from the moderatorsProDoctorov.
In order for the review to remain in the status«Опубликованный», you need to provide the moderators with documents confirming everything written in the review.
If you do not provide supporting documents, the review will be upgraded to the status «Снят с публикации».
Removed from publication
A review may have this status in the following cases::
- The review did not pass the moderation review and was rejected.
It will not be published on ProDoctorov. - The review was published, but the doctor or clinic requested additional verification, and you could not confirm what was written in the review.
It will be hidden on ProDoctorov, and in the honeybox it will change to the status «Снят с публикации».
