1. Log in to the medical center via a computer or an application.
2. On the main screen, select «Ближайшие записи»and tap on the desired order.
3. The order details will open. Click«Отменить заказ».
Confirm the action.
Important! You cannot cancel an order if the laboratory has already started the study.
4. The medical center will wait for the laboratory's response about the cancellation of the order and will inform you within 24 hours.
You will receive a push notification: the order has been cancelled or the order cannot be cancelled.
5. If the laboratory has not started the study, the order will be cancelled.
The money for it will be refunded to your card within 10 days.
