The procedure for conducting online consultations depends on the type of appointment.
Consultation according to the doctor's schedule 
- The doctor personally marks the available slots in his application.
- An appointment for such an appointment can only be canceled, and it cannot be rescheduled.
Consultation according to the clinic schedule
- The free slots are set up by the clinic administration.
- This entry can be either canceled or rescheduled.
Cancellation or postponement of the recording is possible 60 minutes before it starts. If the consultation is less than 60 minutes away, contact the clinic.
Important! If an online consultation has already started, it is not possible to transfer it through the service. To resolve this issue, contact the clinic's support.
As soon as the consultation time has arrived and the connection with the doctor has been established (or a call should have taken place), the transfer of the recording through the online service becomes unavailable.
Reason: The fact of the start of admission is fixed.
What to do: If you have any technical problems or you still need to reschedule the conversation, contact the clinic's contact center for an individual solution.
Important! The money for the online consultation will be refunded automatically within 10 days upon cancellation or no-show.
The procedure is the same as when Canceling/rescheduling an appointment.
The transfer is available from the next day and 30 days in advance.
