It is not possible to cancel an appointment through a medical Doctor.
You can cancel an appointment only in consultation with the patient. Contact the clinic administrator to contact the patient to change the record.
Who can cancel the recording 
- Administrator in the clinic's medical information system
Cancellation of the appointment will be displayed in the Doctor's Medical Center if your clinic's medical information system has the technical capability to transmit information about admission to the medical center.
Important! If your clinic operates in the Medlock medical information system, if the administrator cancels the recording, both the Doctor and Patient medical records will be canceled (if the module is activated«Личный кабинет пациента»). There will be an empty cell in the Medlock in place of the canceled entry.
2. The patient in the medical room
The patient can cancel the appointment 60 minutes before the appointment.
If the patient cancels the entry in the medical room, the entry in the Doctor's medical room will also be canceled. In the schedule, the previously occupied slot will become free again.
Important! The schedule in the Doctor's office is updated within 5 minutes. Until the schedule is updated, the cancelled entry will have a note«Нет дополнительной информации».
In this case, you will need to wait and refresh the page. After the update, the slot in the schedule will be released.
