How to leave a review

Step 1. Enter the section «Отзывы»

Step 3. Leave a review

In the medical section, you can leave a review on the doctor or clinic based on past records that are displayed in your personal account.

You can only leave one review about a particular doctor or clinic.

Step 1. Enter the section «Отзывы»

«Отзывы» There are several ways to access the section.

Method 1.

1. Find the block on the main screen «Прошедшие записи».
2. Click «Оставить отзыв».

Method 2.

1. Log in to your profile.
2. Click on the reviews section.

Step 2. Select a doctor or clinic

1. In the section «Отзывы», open the tab «Ожидают отзыва».
2. A list of doctors and clinics that you have visited will open. Select the appropriate card.

1. Click the button «Оставить отзыв».

Step 3. Leave a review

1. A form opens on the website ProDoctorov.
2. Specify the scores according to the five criteria and click «Далее».

1. Fill in all the fields and write the text of the review. We recommend that you study the article Recommendations for writing reviews.
2. It is better to immediately attach a photo and a document confirming the visit to the doctor to the supplement. It should have:

• Date of admission.
• Full name of the doctor.
• The seal of a doctor or medical institution.

1. Click «Отправить отзыв».
   

In your personal account, your feedback will be displayed in the section «Ваши отзывы». Each review will have a family profile for which you left a review (if you specified the desired family profile).
