The application does not start

If you see a page when you log in to the app «Приложение недоступно», there may be two reasons:

  1. Technical work is underway in the МедТочка application.
  2. The internet connection is unstable.

What to do

  • Turn off the VPN if it is enabled.
  • Turn it off «Авиарежим» if it is on.

If you use the mobile Internet

  • If you have a second SIM card, try switching to it.
  • Connect to Wi-Fi.

If you are connected to Wi-Fi

  • Connect to another Wi-Fi network.
  • Switch to the mobile Internet.

If none of the methods helped, technical work is being carried out in the Medtochka application, and it will work soon.

If the error persists, click the button «Перейти на веб-версию».
