How to transfer an entry
You can cancel or reschedule the appointment if there are more than 60 minutes left before the consultation. If there are less than 60 minutes left before the consultation, contact the clinic.
Important! It is impossible to cancel the club entry and refund the money for the coupon, according to the rules of the clubProDoctorov. You can call the clinic and try to arrange with them to reschedule the appointment privately.
How to cancel an entry 
1. Log in to the МедТочка via a computer or an application.
2. On the main screen, select «Ближайшие записи» and tap on the appropriate one.

3. Click «Перенос или отмена».
4. Select «Отмена записи».
5. Confirm the action.

Important! Dates for 30 days in advance, starting from the next day, are available for postponing the recording. One record can be transferred no more than three times.
Important! The doctor's card shows the admission restrictions. Please read them before signing up to choose the right specialist.
6. Select the time from the available slots and press «Продолжить».
7. Click «Перенести запись».
Important! In case of a club record, the coupon is non-refundable. Exception: the appointment did not take place due to the fault of the clinic or the doctor.
