Uploading a document to a medical card

• If the patient has a medical card and has not given access to the medical card, you can send a report by clicking the button «Загрузить документ».

To do this, specify the patient's details: last name, first name, date of birth, click the button «Далее».

Then upload the document using the button «+».

PDF, jpg, jpeg, png. doc formats are available for download. The file size should not exceed 16 MB. A maximum of 9 files can be added to the patient's medical record.

If you try to upload a document with a large volume or another format, you will see an error «Неподходящий формат».
