Get a VKontakte code
Call or text message
For the first time, you can log in to the Medtochka mobile application using a special code. You can receive the code via Vkontakte, by phone or SMS.
VKontakte code 
1. Enter the phone number and press the button «Получить код ВКонтакте».
The code will be sent to the chats in the section «Бизнес».
2. Enter the code from VKontakte in the field «Код подтверждения».
If you are unable to log in using this method, click on «Подтвердить звонком».
Authorization via call and SMS
You will receive a call first.
1. Enter the phone number and click on the button «Подтвердить через звонок или СМС».
2. You will receive a free incoming call on your phone. There is no need to answer it. You only need the last 4 digits of the number, enter them in a special field.
If you haven't received or missed a call, you can order a repeat call in 30 seconds.
If you failed to log in through the call 2 times, you can log in using the SMS code.
1. Click on the button «Подтвердить через СМС».
2. You will receive an SMS with an authorization code on your phone. Enter the code in the special field.
If you did not receive the code or entered it incorrectly, you can request a repeat code after 30 seconds.
Re-entry
After logging into the app using the code for the first time, you can set up a password, fingerprint, or Face ID login.
