Mistake «Неверный код» 
There are only 3 input attempts for each code. If you entered the code incorrectly, an error «Неверный код» will appear.
Mistake «Этот код устарел» 
You have 15 minutes to confirm the code. If you enter the code later, an error «Этот код устарел» will appear.
In this case, you can send the code again in 3 minutes. If you enter the second code after 15 minutes, the error will repeat and you will no longer be able to receive the code. After that, only authorization by clicking the button will be available «Выбрать другой способ входа».
I am not receiving a call for authorization 
You may have calls from unknown numbers blocked or you are in a place with poor network coverage.
The Vkontakte push is not coming 
Check if you have push notifications enabled in the app settings.
The notification is displayed in the block «Чаты» in the tab «Бизнес».
Push notifications are not being received

You previously submitted a request to delete your profile, which takes up to 30 days.

Important! You can request the code 3 times a day. If the attempts have ended, contact support.
- Turn off the VPN if it is enabled.
- Check the quality of the Internet connection.
- Check the folders in the mail: «Спам», «Реклама», «Рассылки». You can do a search among the emails by subject «Подтверждение доступа».
- Check if your mail storage is full. If there is not enough memory, delete the old emails.
- Make sure that you have not previously blocked the address. no-reply@medtochka.ru .
If the address is blocked, unblock it.
