Wait a bit 
If the mail service is heavily loaded, it may take up to 10 minutes for an email to be delivered.
Make sure that your mail is on a Russian service. 
Your email address must belong to a Russian postal service: Mail.ru , VK, Yandex, Rambler.
This is done so that you do not lose access to your medical data if a foreign mail service stops working in Russia.
Important! If you did not see the list of supported mail services when creating the medical card, update the application to the latest version.
Check if you wrote the email correctly. 
Where can I go wrong:
- Incorrect layout language.
- Case error (uppercase/lowercase letters).
- Extra space.
- Similar letters in the English layout are mixed up (for example, uppercase I and lowercase l).
- An extra character has been entered or the required character has been omitted.
Check the folder«Спам» 
The folder can be named «Нежелательная почта».
Make sure that you have not previously blocked the address. no-reply@medtochka.ru .
If the address is blocked, unblock it.
Also check the folders «Реклама»and «Рассылки».
Make sure that 
- You are connected to the Internet.
- There is plenty of free space in the mailbox. If there is not enough memory, delete the old emails.
- Your VPN is not enabled. If enabled, turn it off.
