Connecting to an online consultation
An appointment for an online consultation in the clinic's medical information system is available for partner clinics of Medtochka.
There are two types of online consultations:
- Informational - at the end of the consultation, the doctor will send you recommendations.
- Telemedicine - requires confirmation of the patient's identity through the ESIA (Public Services), after which the doctor must send you a conclusion. Without proof of identity, a consultation cannot be legally registered as a medical service (requirements of the legislation and the Ministry of Health).
There are two types of online consultations available in the app:
Information consultation
It is suitable for receiving general recommendations from a doctor. Following the consultation, the doctor will send you recommendations on your issue. Such consultation does not require proof of identity.
Telemedicine consultation
This is a full-fledged medical service. To carry it out, it is necessary to confirm the identity through the ESIA (Public Services). Upon completion of the consultation, the doctor will issue and send you an official medical report.
You can only sign up for a telemedicine consultation from the age of 18.
Important! The functionality of confirming the patient's profile through Public Services is configured on the clinic's side. If a representative of the clinic has set such a condition, then confirmation of the profile for an appointment for an online consultation will be mandatory.
If your profile on Public Services is not confirmed in your medical account, then before paying for an online consultation, first go to Public Services and confirm your details there. After that, you can pay for the recording.

Making an appointment for an online consultation with the clinic administrator 
At the clinic, the administrator in the Medlock medical information system can schedule you for an online consultation with a doctor.
The record created in the clinic will be automatically created in the medical record.
If you have the app and push notifications are enabled, you will receive a push in the app.
Click on it to get to the online consultation payment page.
If there is no app, you will receive an SMS message.
Important! You need to pay for an online consultation in the app within 120 minutes, but no later than 15 minutes before the start of the appointment. If you do not have time to pay for the recording, it will be canceled.
Payment for an online consultation created by the clinic administrator
Specify your email address so that we can send you a receipt and open access to an online consultation.
- You will receive an email with an access code.
Enter the code in the special field.
2. Read the text of the contract with the clinic and check the box if you agree to the terms. Click the button«Оплатить».
3. Enter your bank card details and click «Оплатить».
4. After confirming the payment, the patient's personal account will open, where the details of the record will be displayed.
Connecting to an online consultation
You can connect to the consultation via a computer or the Medtochka application.
You can prepare for the consultation by uploading new studies or conclusions to the medical record, and making a list of questions to the specialist.
We also recommend checking the video connection to avoid unpleasant surprises.
You will receive a push notification in the app 15 minutes before the start of the consultation. The link will open the details of the recording with a button«Начать консультацию».
