You can conduct online consultations through the Medtochka Doctor application or from a computer through your personal account on the portalProDoctorov.
There are two online consultation formats available in Medtech: telemedicine and information.
The difference between them is that after the information, the doctor can only leave recommendations, and after the telemedicine, he must write a conclusion.
1. Log in to the doctor's account at ProDoctorov.
2. After authorization, go to your personal account.
3. Open the section«Онлайн-консультации».
4. Copy the access code.
5. Click «Открыть»on the bottom right.
6. Paste the copied access code into the appropriate field.
7. The online consultation page will open.
8. On the right there is a chat for correspondence with the patient. You can write to him in 5-10 minutes to confirm the consultation.
9. To start a video call, click on the camera icon on top.
10. Allow access to your microphone and camera.
The video can be minimized to use the patient's medical record and chat in parallel.
You can also end the video call, but not interrupt the consultation. To do this, tap in the fullscreen video «Покинуть встречу»call.
You can add documents in PDF, JPEG, PNG formats right during the consultation. To do this, click «+Добавить документ».
To return to the video call with the patient, press «Присоединиться к звонку».
11. To end the consultation, click «Завершить консультацию».
After completing the online information consultation, do not forget to add the recommendation document to the patient's medical record.
Important! According to the order of the Ministry of Health dated 04/11/2025 No. 193n, as part of an online information consultation, a doctor cannot diagnose, prescribe prescriptions and prescribe treatment. The doctor can prepare recommendations based on the results of the consultation.
We recommend using the following formulations: «При данных симптомах обычно рекомендуют...», «В подобных случаях, как правило, диагностируют...»and the like.
After completing the telemedicine consultation, you need to prepare a conclusion.
1) You can add it immediately after you finish the consultation by clicking «Добавить»on the screen that opens.
2) If the conclusion is not ready yet, select the button«Позже». You can download the conclusion from the schedule. For this:
- In the schedule, select the appropriate consultation and click «Открыть медкарту».
- The patient's medical record will open.
- Click«Добавить».
- Select it from the list «Заключение»and click «Далее».
- Select a specialty from the list and upload the report.
Important! The size of a single file should not exceed 16 MB. In total, you can upload no more than 9 files.
- After you have uploaded the conclusion, click «Добавить». The document will be displayed in the patient's medical record.
