Make an appointment by invitation from a doctor
At a face-to-face appointment, the doctor may set a date for your follow-up visit. When it's time to sign up, the medical center will send you a reminder.
You can quickly make an appointment in the app via an invitation from your doctor.
Make an appointment by invitation from a doctor 
- On the main page, find the section «Приглашения на приём».
The invitation cards are moving. To view all the invitations, swipe to the right on the screen.
Important! If the doctor immediately set a date for the repeat appointment, then you will see the recommended date in the invitation, for example «После 27 октября 2025». If you need to undergo an examination first for re-admission, then the invitation will indicate «После обследования».
2. You can immediately make an appointment with a specific invitation by clicking «Записаться»on the invitation card.
The doctor's card will open, where you can select the date and time of the appointment. To make an appointment, follow the instructions to make an appointment at the clinic.
3. To view all invitations from doctors, click on the arrow in the heading of the section on the main page«Приглашения на приём».
4. A page will open with a list of all invitations. You can make an appointment with a specific invitation by clicking «Записаться».
When you make an appointment yourself through the app or the clinic administrator, the invitation will disappear. You will no longer see it in the general list of invitations and in the section «Приглашения на приём»on the main page of the application. An appointment with this doctor will be displayed in the section «Ближайшие записи».
Repeat Admission Reminders
1. Reminders before the appointment
- 2 weeks before the scheduled appointment date.
- 2 days before the scheduled appointment date.
2. Reminders after the scheduled appointment, if the appointment did not take place
- 3 days after the admission date.
- 2 weeks after the admission date.
3. If the appointment date has not yet been set (Invitation status: «После диагностики»)
- 14 days after the invitation was created.
- 28 days after the invitation was created.
