In the Medical center, you can quickly confirm your personal information via «Госуслуги». This data will be used to automatically fill out contracts with partner clinics of the Medical Center.
The functionality is available only for adult patients, and does not apply to guardians of incapacitated patients.
Electronic document management with the clinic saves you time by signing documents remotely. Electronic documents will not be lost, the contract with the clinic and the rest of the package of documents will be stored in your secure medical record.
The algorithm of the electronic signature of the contract with the clinic 
- After creating an entry in the partner clinics of Medtech, your data will be transferred to the clinic to pre-fill out the contract (Data transfer to the clinic works for all records that you have created).
- The clinic will prepare the contract and the rest of the documents and send them to your doctor.
- After the clinic sends the package of documents, you will receive a push notification in the medical card. You can use it to access the received documents. Sign them directly in the card.
- The documents signed by you will be sent to the clinic, so that the clinic can put the seal of the organization on its side.
- You will receive a contract from the clinic and other documents signed on both sides: the clinic and you.
Important! The electronic signature that you use to sign a contract with a clinic in Medtochka (a simple electronic signature) is completely legal. Such a signature has the same force as your usual signature with a pen that you put in the clinic, due to the fact that you have confirmed your profile through «Госуслуги»(ESIA).

Important! Even if the nurse has sent your details to the clinic in advance, be sure to bring your passport with you for the first visit.
Options for sending data for automatically filling out the contract and signing documents
The first. Your profile has already been verified at the time of recording creation.
Previously, you confirmed your profile manually and/or when logging in through Public Services in the app.
In this case, when you sign up for a partner clinic, your data will be sent to the clinic automatically.
A list of documents that the clinic has prepared for you will be displayed on the main page and in the details of the recording. You need to sign the documents, to do this, click «Подписать все».
You can sign the documents no later than 30 minutes from the start of the appointment.
Second. Your profile has not been verified at the time of recording creation.
You can verify your profile through «Госуслуги»an electronic signing agreement with the clinic in three ways:
- Confirmation of the profile data is provided in «Госуслуги»the record details.
If the patient's profile indicated in the record is not confirmed by the data «Госуслуг»in the medical record, a button for signing documents will be displayed in the details of the record.
Clicking opens the website«Госуслуг». Enter the login and password for authorization., grant access to receive data and wait for a response from «Госуслуг». It usually takes less than 1 minute to transfer data, but in some cases it may take longer to receive information. - Confirmation of the data via the profile page. To do this, go to «Профиль», select the desired family profile, and click «Редактировать».
- When you log in to the app using this method«Госуслуги», your profile will be automatically confirmed. To sign a contract with the clinic, you will only need to sign the documents with the clinic.
After a successful response from «Госуслуг»your profile will be confirmed. The data for the conclusion of the contract is automatically sent to the clinic where the record was created. The clinic will create a package of documents: read them and sign them in the application.
By clicking on each type of document, the contents of the document and the ability to sign it are available to you.
You can also «Подписать все»sign the entire package of documents from the clinic with a single click.
You can also confirm your profile from your profile page. For more information, see the article Confirming profile data via «Госуслуги».
Important! Even if the nurse has sent your details to the clinic in advance, be sure to bring your passport with you for the first visit.
As soon as you confirm your profile details via«Госуслуги», you will not be able to change them in your account.
Storage of the contract and consent from the clinic
You can open contracts and agreements with the clinic in the medical record.
To do this, go to the section «Медкарта»and click «Договоры и согласия».
Important! You can view signed documents with the clinic in the medical record only if you have access to the Internet.
A page opens with a list of clinics with which you have signed a contract.
To open the documents of a specific clinic, click on the button«Документы».
When you click on the desired file from the clinic, a window opens with the file type selection.:
- The PDF file format opens viewing the document in image format.
- The SIG file format is a document with the signatures of the clinic and yours, which is legally binding. You can download this file or share it.
Important! The contract and the consent with the clinic are stored separately in each family profile. In order to view the documents of the necessary family member, it is necessary to open his medical record.
