Now you can choose a clinic before the doctor in the medical center. This will help you quickly find a clinic near your home or one that you have already visited.
- On the main page«Запись на приём», select the type of record in the block«Приём в клинике».
2. Select who you want to make an appointment with.
If you don't have the desired profile in your account, click «Добавить близкого»and follow the instructions on How to create a family profile.
3. Change the tab from «Врачи»to «Клиники».
4. Select the type of clinic.
- If any clinic is suitable, choose «Все клиники»one .
- If you are looking for a specific one, use the search bar: enter the name, and the list will narrow down.
5. You can set up additional filters in the list of clinics.:
- Change the type of clinic.
- Choose a doctor's specialty.
- Specify the city and the search radius.
- Select the opening hours (for example, show only those that are open now).
- Sort by rating — clinics with a score above 4.0 will go up.
- Change the patient for whom an appointment is needed.
6. There may be a loyalty program icon next to the clinic. Click on it to see the discounts and bonuses available at this clinic.

7. Select the specialty of the doctor you want to enroll in.
8. Select the date and time of the appointment.
9. The recording details screen will open. The doctor will be substituted automatically. If you want to make an appointment with another doctor, click on the pencil icon next to the name.
10. A list of doctors from the same clinic with the chosen specialty will open. Choose a suitable doctor and a convenient time in his schedule.
Important! When changing the doctor, the branch and specialty cannot be changed. The list will only include doctors of the selected branch with the required specialty.
11. When you return to the recording details screen, check the data and tap «Записаться».
12. A push notification «Вы записаны на приём»will be sent, after which a page with the details of the recording will open.
What to do before the appointment:

- Open access to the medical record for the doctor.
