You can assign health diaries through the Medtochka Doctor app or through your personal account on the website.

Health diaries help the doctor to track changes in the patient's indicators between appointments and assess the condition over time.
The doctor can assign the patient to keep diaries and, if necessary, view the records. A sugar diary, a blood pressure diary, and a migraine diary are now available in the Honeybox.
How to assign health diaries to a patient 
- Health diaries can be assigned only from the schedule. To do this, log in to the app and go to the section«Расписание».
2. A page with all the techniques will open. Select the day and appointment of the patient to whom you want to assign the diary.
3. In the reception slot, press the button«Назначить дневник».
Important! You can only assign a diary to a patient who has installed the Patient's Health Card application. If the patient is not using the app yet, tap in the selected slot «Пригласить в МедТочку». After that, a button will appear«Назначить дневник».
4. The diary selection page opens. Select one or more diaries that you want to assign to the patient, and click «Далее».
5. Specify the time period during which the patient needs to keep a diary, and click «Назначить». Four options are available:
- Month.
- 3 months.
- Year.
- Indefinitely.
A mark will appear in the schedule«Дневник здоровья назначен». The patient will receive a notification about the appointment of the diary.
Viewing my patients' health diaries
Important! You will be able to view the data from the patient's diary only after the patient grants you access.
- Open the section«Расписание». Select the day and appointment of the patient whose diaries you want to see. Click«Открыть медкарту».
2. An icon will be displayed under the patient's data«Дневники здоровья». Click on it to open the patient's records.
Important! The section «Дневники здоровья»may not be displayed if the patient has not added entries yet or has not granted you access to the review.
3. The list of health diaries kept by the patient will open. Select the desired diary to view the detailed information.
The screen will display the patient's notes with dates, indicators and other information that the patient entered in the diary.
